RE ISSUE KNIGHTS 2000/2001
There are four re issue knights, Sir Gordon, Sir Stuart, Sir Cedric and the new guy, Sir Brandon the blue
knight.
Sir Gordon and Sir Stuart are basically re makes of the original 1968 US figures. They, like the other re issues,
are made in Mexico and suffer from broken tabs. Sir Stuart doesn't seem to be as bad as Sir Gordon. If you are
able to find one without any broken armour tabs you are doing well. Sir Cedric is a re make of the UK Cedric. He
comes with black armour, which is very close to the original in quality, and a black body.( The UK original is
dark blue.). The other difference is his feather plume is black. He also comes in a decent box unlike the other
knights who seem to have inherited the self - destructing boxes from Mexico.
Sir Brandon is the new guy. He has a blue body with a Garrett head. His armour is blue and he has a white plume and new
banner design. Of all the re issue figures, Sir Brandon seems to be the best. His armour is a little "softer"
than the others and therefore doesn't break so easily when you put it on.
